This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for River Logic’s website (www.riverlogic.com) (site) and other related sites, provided they are owned by River Logic, Inc.

Capturing personal information for registration, downloads, trials, special offers, etc.
When requesting information from River Logic via a form, you will likely be asked to provide basic personal information, including but not limited to first name, last name, company name, address, email address, job title, phone, size of company, and industry.

For online purchases, the user may provide purchasing information including credit card information, as well as billing and shipping information. River Logic uses a secure and approved third party vendor for all credit card transactions. Financial data is not captured, collected, or maintained by any of River Logic’s systems. Only authorization or approval notifications are transmitted to River Logic from the financial gateway provider.  Note: River Logic requires all online purchasers to be eighteen years of age or older.

Additionally, River Logic may capture information pertaining to the user’s access and movement through the site. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) address and Uniform Resource Locator (URL). This information is used to understand viewing habits, site administration, and performance diagnostics specific to the River Logic site.

Sharing of information
