As VP of Customer Success, Nathan is responsible for driving adoption, value and advocacy across River Logic’s direct client base and global partner network. He proactively assists senior executives align River Logic’s prescriptive analytics platform with performance improvement opportunities, and communicates industry-proven best practices to customer and partner practitioners.
In prior roles at River Logic, he led a wide range of customer and partner-led deployment projects, across multiple process manufacturing industries including food and beverage, chemicals, forest products and mining. Prior to joining River Logic in 2004, Nathan successfully grew and sold an entrepreneurial venture in the retail services industry, where he managed all day-to-day operations. Nathan holds a BA in International Business from Southeastern Louisiana University, and an MBA from the University of Texas.
