River Logic's OEM Partner Program

OEM Partner Program members are Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) that embed or integrate River Logic’s modeling and analytics platform, Enterprise Optimizer®, or embed or integrate River Logic’s business intelligence, performance management, or analytics solutions within their enterprise software applications. The applications may be sold as installable products, hosted solutions, or software-as-a-service (SaaS).

River Logic takes an SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) stance which benefits clients by extending the value of deployment. This approach eliminates unnecessary complexity while building a strong foundation for future growth. Our position on SOA allows clients to find value at every stage of the SOA continuum:

  • Establish greater agility in departmental areas
  • Extend, optimize, and innovate across enterprise processes encompassing people, processes, and information
  • Transform business modeling to support the global enterprise
  • Gain insight to respond to market forces with little or no human intervention

OEM Partners also include Data Service Providers (DSPs) which process clients’ data or other third-party data to produce reports. The DSP is authorized to access, use, and embed/integrate River Logic software. Any required licenses are licensed by the DSP to clients.
