Kevin Howe

Kevin Howe, President and CEO, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Howe has been active in the technology industry since 1983 as a founder of two firms and an investor and board member of dozens more. In addition to his RLI responsibilities, Mr. Howe serves on the board of Digital Generation and six privately held technology firms. Mr. Howe served on the Board of The Sage Group, plc for 14 years. Mr. Howe is also founder and Managing Partner of Mercury Ventures, a technology investment fund with $100 million of invested capital in numerous private firms and over 60 publicly traded companies. Mr. Howe received his MBA from SMU and a BS from Northwestern State.

Dr. Robert Whitehair

Robert C. Whitehair, Ph.D., Founder and Chief Research Officer, Board Director
Dr. Whitehair has led the development of River Logic’s technologies and services since the early 90′s. Dr. Whitehair’s research involves theoretical and mathematical foundations of artificial intelligence, knowledge-based programming languages, knowledge-based decision support systems, simulation and computational mathematics. During his 20-year career developing decision support systems and business intelligence software solutions, Dr. Whitehair has published over 30 industry accepted articles and technical reports. Dr. Whitehair also worked as a Manufacturing Consultant for Arthur Andersen and in a variety of research and development positions for IBM, GTE and General Motors. Dr. Whitehair has developed over 1000 models in industries such as forest products, chemicals, financial services, energy, healthcare, and engineering. Dr. Whitehair earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Carlos Centurion

Carlos Centurion, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Carlos oversees design, development, marketing, and delivery of all River Logic solutions. He works closely with prospects, customers, partners, and industry thought-leaders to continually improve value delivered to global organizations. Earlier in his tenure at River Logic, his thought leadership drove solution development, more closely integrating financials into company planning and decision support processes. Prior to River Logic, Carlos was with McKinsey & Company for eight years. There he supported technology, consumer electronics, industrial, and energy companies on product and corporate strategy issues. He was a co-leader of McKinsey’s High Tech Marketing and Sales knowledge development practice. He also was the co-author of a series of reports on pre- and post-merger management for the Corporate Finance practice. Carlos holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Finance from Wake Forest and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Andre Boisvert,  Board Vice Chairman

Andre M. Boisvert, Senior Advisor and Board Vice Chairman
Mr. Boisvert has over 30 years experience in the technology field and has held executive positions in some of the most respected software companies in the industry. After holding senior positions at IBM, Cognos, and Oracle Corporation, Boisvert served as president & COO of SAS Institute, the world’s largest privately-held software company, with annual revenues exceeding $2B. He later followed a SAS Institute Inc., investment and became Chairman & CEO of Sagent Technologies Inc., (NASDAQ: SGNT) until it was acquired by Group 1 Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: GSOF). From 2002 to 2006, Boisvert served as a director of VA Software (NASDAQ:LNUX), the owner of SourceForge, the largest world wide repository of open source projects. This led Boisvert to co-founding Pentaho Corporation, the provider of the world’s most popular commercial open source business intelligence platform. During this time, Boisvert also acted as a director and advisor to Compiere, Inc. (ERP & CRM), and Zenoss, Inc. (Systems Management). Today, Boisvert serves as Chairman of Infobright (Data Warehousing), Palamida Corporation, the leader in Software Composition Analysis for intellectual property & security risk management, and UBmatrix Inc., the creator of XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language). Additionally, Boisvert is a director of Swiss-based Odyssey Financial Technologies, Inc., which makes software for the private banking and wealth management industry.

Shan McAdoo

F. Shan McAdoo, Senior Vice President of Technical Development
Mr. McAdoo has extensive experience in technology project management and coordinates all technology development projects for River Logic. Prior to joining River Logic, Mr. McAdoo held several senior level positions at leading software companies, including Oracle Corporation. Mr. McAdoo earned his Masters of Regional Planning at the University of Massachusetts in 1991.

Philip Higginbotham

Philip Higginbotham, Vice President Partner Development
Mr. Higginbotham has extensive experience providing business advice to corporate clients. After beginning his career as a corporate finance analyst, Mr. Higginbotham spent five years in management and restructuring consulting where he assisted in the reorganization of financially distressed companies in an array of industries. Mr. Higginbotham joined River Logic in 2004. He received his BS in Finance and BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Cyndi Nistico

Cyndi Nistico, Vice President of Finance
Ms. Nistico, a financial professional with nearly 20 years of related experience, is the head of Finance and Human Resources. Ms. Nistico, after earning her BBA in Accounting from SMU and becoming a CPA, has assembled an impressive resume with a number of companies, including Price Waterhouse, Sage US, Pearle Vision, Nova, Red Bull and the JCR Group.

Dr. Stephen Franks

Stephen Franks, Ph.D., Strategic Advisor and International Channels
Stephen Franks has a wealth of experience in Operational Planning and Scheduling and Supply Chain Management stretching back 25 years. Most recently he was the founder of The Supply Chain Doctor consulting group and was Vice President, Global Manufacturing Strategy for Manugistics. He also served as President of Scheduling Technology Group, a leading supplier of planning solutions acquired by Manugistics. Early in his career, Mr. Franks was also a planning executive for Rhone Poulenc, a French-based firm. He is an active and well known consultant and speaker, with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of London.
