Carlos Centurion, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Carlos oversees design, development, marketing, and delivery of all River Logic solutions. He works closely with prospects, customers, partners, and industry thought-leaders to continually improve value delivered to global organizations. Earlier in his tenure at River Logic, his thought leadership drove solution development, more closely integrating financials into company planning and decision support processes. Prior to River Logic, Carlos was with McKinsey & Company for eight years. There he supported technology, consumer electronics, industrial, and energy companies on product and corporate strategy issues. He was a co-leader of McKinsey’s High Tech Marketing and Sales knowledge development practice. He also was the co-author of a series of reports on pre- and post-merger management for the Corporate Finance practice. Carlos holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Finance from Wake Forest and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Nathan Goldstein, Director Supply Chain Solutions and Client Services
Nathan works with the company’s partners and clients to prove the value of constraint-based modeling and financial optimization as a necessary and valuable component of supply chain visibility and performance management. Since joining River Logic in 2004, Nathan has excelled in roles of ever-increasing responsibility. He possesses in-depth product knowledge of River Logic’s underlying modeling platform, Enterprise Optimizer (EO) and has extensive experience guiding customer-specific deployments of EO-based solutions.

Renat Islamov, Product Manager, CPG Solutions
Renat has extensive knowledge in software development and project management and currently leads solutions development at River Logic, including the development of Trade Promotion Optimization Planner. Renat earned his Masters of Applied Mathematics at Kent State University in 2005.

E. Kelso

Eric Kelso, Senior Director, Product Solutions
Eric has spent his 20 year career developing and implementing business intelligence software. Since joining River Logic in 2000, Eric has been instrumental in Enterprise Optimizer’s development and successful adoption by many partners and customers. Over his career, Eric has completed more than 50 major projects for companies in the discrete, process manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods industries. Eric holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Western Oregon and an MBA from Willamette University.

Donna Martinez, Director of Marketing
Donna has an extensive background in integrated marketing through her 16-year career that spans corporate brand strategy and advertising; product and service marketing; outbound marketing, including online marketing and social media; and public relations. Donna began her technology marketing career at Memorex Telex, and further established herself at Sterling Commerce, EXE Technologies, Intervoice, and Trintech. Donna holds a BFA in Fine Arts and an MA in Humanities from the University of Texas.

F. Shan McAdoo, Senior Vice President Technical Development
Shan has extensive experience in technology project management and coordinates all technology development projects for River Logic. Prior to joining River Logic, Shan held senior level positions at leading software companies, including Oracle Corporation. Shan earned his Masters of Regional Planning at the University of Massachusetts in 1991.

Jeff Rice, Director of Healthcare Marketing
Jeff is a marketing veteran with demonstrable success in brand marketing, strategic messaging, advertising, PR, and corporate positioning. Jeff’s experience and unique skill set spans multiple industries including healthcare, consumer packaged goods, education, and environmental services. Jeff’s work has been published in several vertical publications including: Health Executive, GMA Forum, Consumer Goods Technology, Discount Retailing Today, Expose’ Magazine, Mass Merchandiser Retailer, Private Label Buyer, Progressive Grocer, Supermarket News, Pollution Engineering, and Environmental Digest.

Srikanth Srinivas, Director of Customer Value
Srikanth (Sri) has over 20 years of experience in integrated business strategy and planning, supply chain management, and performance management. His global career has taken him to Australia, Canada, China, India, Korea, Mexico, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United States. He has authored books & articles and presented at forums such as APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and SCC (Supply Chain Council), CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals), CVCR (Center for Value Chain Research) and Supply Chain & Logistics Forum. As the Director of Customer Value at River Logic, Sri is entirely dedicated to helping clients leverage integrated business planning frameworks to improve competitiveness and business performance. Prior to River Logic, Sri worked at Accenture and i2 Technologies in leadership positions.

Robert C. Whitehair, Ph.D., Founder and Chief Research Officer, Board Director
Dr. Whitehair has led the development of River Logic’s technologies and services since the early 90’s. Dr. Whitehair’s research involves theoretical and mathematical foundations of artificial intelligence, knowledge-based programming languages, knowledge-based decision support systems, simulation and computational mathematics. During his 20-year career developing decision support systems and business intelligence software solutions, Dr. Whitehair has published over 30 industry accepted articles and technical reports. Dr. Whitehair also worked as a Manufacturing Consultant for Arthur Andersen and in a variety of research and development positions for IBM, GTE and General Motors. Dr. Whitehair has developed over 1000 models in industries such as forest products, chemicals, financial services, energy, healthcare, and engineering. Dr. Whitehair earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.
